House Renderings

While I love doodling and sketching, there are times when I do need to pull out that straight-edge-side-of-brain and pull those skills into my drawings.  This is just one of the renderings I had done as freelance work for a local contracting company. I used basic black ink pen on tracing paper and then adjusted contrast of drawing digitally. Each drawing would take me about 8 hours long to complete. My favorite part of these renderings is rendering the landscaping. :)I always think it's good to utilize and practice different drawing skill-sets.

I love doodling everyday simple moments for these 2 characters. :)Sometimes I even crack myself up as I doodle the 2 of them, like the doodling shown below :P

To doodle these sketches, I have been using my Galaxy Note 3 phone and its' pen with the downloaded phone app, "Sketch Kit". The app is limited but has the basic functions for me to pull out my phone for some doodling any time of day and hour! I love the app and the Note Pen! I'm not a girl who is very tech savvy. I mean, I have been using "Paint Shop" for everything! Yes, "Paint Shop", not "Photo Shop"! I've also been carrying the old-fashioned sketch book and bag of pens/pencils in my purse everywhere. My dear hubby was the one who introduced me to the lovely Note Pen after seeing me so passionately sketching for years. And I'm so glad he did!!! :D :D
